Terms of Use

Plain-language summary for training participants and enterprise procurement partners. Questions: welcome@grid-link.one

1. IP rights

Materials, outlines, and lab artifacts remain intellectual property of Directory Forge Academy or licensors. You receive a limited license to use handouts for internal operations training within your organization. Redistribution on public sites, resale, or automated scraping of content is not permitted. Trademarks referenced in class belong to their owners.

2. Liability

Training is provided as professional education, not a warranty about your production environment. To the extent permitted by Korean law, we limit indirect damages arising from applying techniques outside controlled labs. We do not disclaim liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Specific caps, if any, appear in enterprise statements of work.

3. Acceptance

By registering for a workshop or using this site, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you are entering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization regarding training participation and acceptable use of materials.

4. Termination

We may suspend access to lab resources if misuse harms other participants or infrastructure. You may stop participating according to the refund policy timelines. Provisions that logically survive termination, such as intellectual property limits, continue afterward.

5. Service description

We deliver instructor-led Active Directory administration workshops, private cohort options, and related office hours. Schedules, venues, and formats are described on listings and confirmations. We may substitute instructors of comparable skill if illness or travel disruption occurs.

6. User obligations

Participants must follow lab safety guidelines, respect other attendees, and avoid introducing malware or unauthorized scanning into shared environments. You agree not to misrepresent affiliation when requesting enterprise discounts. Sponsored attendees must disclose conflicts that could affect recorded quotes.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed enterprise agreement selects a different forum that remains valid under applicable statutes.

8. IP rights — additional detail

Open-source tools used in class follow their respective licenses. We point you to upstream notices when required. If you contribute improvements during collaborative exercises, you grant us permission to incorporate anonymized patterns into future curriculum without identifying your employer.

9. Liability — additional detail

You are responsible for backups before applying changes at home. Labs are isolated for a reason. If you voluntarily replicate an exercise in production without change control, that risk sits with your organization’s governance model.

10. Acceptance — additional detail

If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. We may update terms to reflect new offerings; material changes receive a refreshed last updated date and, where practical, email notice to recent registrants.

11. Termination — additional detail

Upon termination for cause, we may revoke lab credentials immediately. We will provide an export window for personal notes when feasible. Enterprise clients should coordinate offboarding with their success manager.
