Data Protection

Plain-language summary for training participants and enterprise procurement partners. Questions: welcome@grid-link.one

1. Retention

We retain contact form submissions long enough to respond and coordinate workshop details unless you ask for earlier deletion. Legal holds may extend retention when disputes arise. Analytics aggregates, if enabled, roll up monthly and do not retain raw IP strings beyond short technical buffers required by infrastructure partners.

2. Data collected

Information you send includes name, email, company, and free-text messages about training needs. We may note your timezone when scheduling calls. We do not collect government identifiers through this site. Workshop payments, when arranged, occur through separate invoicing channels that provide their own notices.

3. Third parties

Email delivery and form relay may pass through processors bound by contracts describing confidentiality and location of processing. We do not allow those processors to reuse training inquiries for unrelated advertising. If subprocessors change, we update this section and the last updated date at the top.

4. Use of data

We use data to reply to questions, schedule workshops, and improve clarity of our materials. We do not automate credit decisions or eligibility scoring. Optional analytics help us understand which syllabus sections deserve clearer navigation. Marketing emails are sent only if you explicitly request them.

5. Contact

Privacy questions go to welcome@grid-link.one. Please describe your request with enough detail for us to locate records. We may verify identity before disclosing information to protect against impersonation. Enterprise procurement teams may route requests through their standard vendor channels.

6. Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we control. Korean data subjects may also lodge complaints with competent authorities if they believe processing violates statutes. We respond within timelines appropriate to the request complexity and will explain any exemptions that apply.

7. Scope

This notice covers data collected through grid-link.one properties described here. It does not govern classroom behavior inside customer networks, which remains subject to customer policies. If you attend an event hosted inside a partner venue, their signage may apply to on-site Wi-Fi separately.

8. Retention — additional detail

Backup systems may retain deleted records for a short technical window before overwriting. We instruct providers to purge backups containing deletion requests on reasonable cycles. If a legal obligation requires longer retention, we document the basis internally and communicate constraints when responding to you.

9. Data collected — additional detail

Server logs maintained by hosting partners can include timestamps and coarse location derived from network paths. We do not combine those logs with workshop attendance lists unless investigating abuse. You may request a summary of categories we processed about you where feasible.

10. Third parties — additional detail

If we introduce optional webinar tooling, recordings will be governed by separate consent screens. Until then, no webinar cookies load from this static site. We evaluate subprocessors for alignment with data minimization before enabling features.

11. Use of data — additional detail

We do not sell personal data. Training satisfaction surveys distributed after class are optional and anonymized where possible. Quotes used publicly receive separate permission. Internal quality reviews may reference cohort feedback in aggregate without naming individuals.
